Kids, kitties, and puppies – Aaaahhhhhh….

From the City of Sierra Vista- TheNancy J. Brua Animal Care Center staff and animals enjoyed a visit by a group of homeschoolers from Fort Huachuca today. The group brought donations to drop off, learned all about the animal shelter, and spent some time with many of the dogs and cats. The kids read books to some of the animals, played with them, and even snuggled with a few!
It’s always wonderful to have an opportunity to share information about the shelter and see our awesome animals get a little extra love. If you’re interested in volunteering at the shelter, making a donation, or organizing a group visit call (520) 458-4151.
There are also many friendly dogs and cats available for adoption, so stop by sometime and see for yourself! The Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Center is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
