Waggin Tails has provided grooming services to Pets in Waiting from the Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Center – at No Cost!!- for 19 years.  These services have increased the chances for these sweet Pets for a Second Chance by showing just how cute and pretty these babies are, when given a little TLC.

To show appreciation for all the care provided, Elsie Mac Millan collaborated with the Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Center to present this lovely quilt to Waggin Tails owner, Sharon Ball.
