The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office was advised that testing conducted by the USDA identified two skunks which tested positive for the rabies virus.

The first one was submitted for testing on January 30, 2020 and the second one submitted on February 6, 2020, both from the Bisbee area.

Please use this information as a reminder to get your pets vaccinated for their safety and yours!
