Sitka has a long history here at the shelter. He has escaped his property multiple  time and his owner would leave him at the shelter for several days and then come pick him up.
The last time he got out he was really sick, so he was taken to the vet. Sadly his owner never came forward to pay his bill and take him home.
So here he is, looking for someone that will provide him with a safe and SECURE loving home.
