Bring out the tissues cause your going to need them. Roxy is back at the shelter. Her newest owner is now having a baby and can no longer care for her.
When Roxy was brought in in 2018, then again in 2020, and now is back in 2021.
Roxy was adopted after being at the shelter for over a year. Her owners fell on hard times due to COVID. She adopted AGAIN and brought back. She needs a stable home that will keep the FUREVER home promise.
