Tiger Lilly aka Kiko is an adult female heeler mix who just turned 1 year old.
She was transferred from another shelter where she was turned in because she kept escaping the property.
Tiger Lilly will need a home with a secure fence. She likes to dig under chain link. She did go to a foster to adopt home for a short period of time, but it just wasn’t a good fit.
