This is Nora’s 4th time back at the shelter. The 1st time she was found as a stray, the second time she didn’t get along with the small dog in the home, 3rd time was turned in because she would pee when she gets excited, and the last time was because she was not getting along with the other dog in the home. Nora may need to be the only dog in the home.  
This girl really needs a home that will be dedicated in providing her a FURever home. We really hope the 5th time is a charm.
